Crown City United Soccer Club

Crown City United was founded nine years ago with the mission to provide a competitive club soccer experience for boys and girls within a balanced, family-oriented environment where team unity, player development, fun and winning soccer are all a part of the equation.  As CCU teams complete  their 9th Coast Soccer League season and tournament competition, the club is determined to continue working to fulfill that promise to those families that seek the CCU model of a balanced club soccer experience in the San Gabriel Valley . CCU's approach to club soccer is based on the following principles:

• Team chemistry and continuity year to year are important to building competitive teams and creating a positive atmosphere where young athletes can develop into talented and confident soccer players.
• Training sessions that focus on mastering technical skills,  understanding tactical strategies, and developing a sense of how to "read" the game.
• Coaches and trainers that support, encourage and teach players so that they constantly improve and work their way towards playing at high school and college level soccer.
• Stress the importance of good sportspanship, teamwork and a positive attittude on and off the field.

In addition to these objectives, CCU is committed to providing a high quality club soccer experience that includes a superior training facility at San Marino High School, strongly qualified training staff and a club culture geared towards helping young athletes become competitive soccer players while developing a life long appreciation for the sport.
