Because of this feat, he was named Player of the Week in the Continental Indoor Soccer League.
Oswaldo has also been captain of the National Mexican Indoor Soccer Team, leading them to the championship of the Centroamericano Indoor Tournament. He was also a member of the All-Star Mexican team which competed in tournament play throughout the United States.

It is a lifestyle to be lived with discipline, consistency, hard work and love. A huge component of Oswaldo's success has been the love and support of his family: his wife Liliana, his adorable new son, Leonardo, his parents, Juan and Malena, his sisters, Reyna and Claudia, and his little nephew, Ander Omar, who he misses very much.
